The main purpose of our privacy policy is to be transparent with our customers and to comply with information disclosure obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 and, from 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR).

Your details will be held securely and not shared with any other provider. No personal details will be shared or held by anyone other than The Electric Storage Company. The data from the battery will be used to analyse energy use across the customer base and shared with the University of Ulster for the duration of research.

(b) information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering with us (including your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and company details);
(c) information relating to any transactions carried out between you and us in relation to quotation of costs or purchase of a storage device.
(d) information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our research trial.
